Whetstone Sporting Football Club was established over a decade ago. It was started to offer the youth of Whetstone and the surrounding areas an alternative influence as opposed to the negative influences, like drugs and criminal activities, that they are often are exposed to.

Whetstone football Club has been financed by the managers of the club throughout its history due to youngsters coming from a financially challenged community. It was Hollywoodbets Springfield Park's great pleasure to provide the team with new soccer kit that will help make their experience on the field even more rewarding.

The team is now shining brightly in Hollywoodbets colours and are playing their hearts out on the field!

On the 28th of February 2015 team members from Mbuyisa Racing and Sport went to visit Sakhubuntu FC to deliver this local club's brand new Hollywoodbets sponsored soccer kit. The club relies on sponsorship, donations and its team members to keep running and the team members really believe in supporting one another and the club. The entire team were very excited to receive their new soccer kit as this is going to make a big difference when it comes to the team's morale.

The soccer kit handover at Wembezi Township, Estcourt went very well, the team's head coach was very appreciative of this wonderful donation and thanked Hollywoodbets management for their help.

Hollywoodbets was the first company to donate to this particular club. Butterfly FC was established in 2013 by the current coach and some of the players. Butterfly FC is made up of 18 players and is presently competing in friendly games in Estcourt.

On the 27th of February 2015 team members from the Empangeni branch visited Richem Secondary School to hand over some brand new soccer kit to the school's team. The kids were really excited and are looking forward to playing their next game wearing their new kit. They thanked Hollywoodbets for this fantastic donation.

Rock ‘a’ Fellas Football Club was established in 1996 and they are currently the most successful club in the community. This team also helps young learners better their education and they even join their practice times during the week! Rock 'a' Fellas also plays friendly games and participates in all the leagues possible. They are not just any team but they focus on learning about leadership skills and the almighty God.

On the 17th of February 2015 the junior team came to collect the club's brand new soccer kit. They were a lovely team of young players aged between 12 and 15. On Saturday the 21st of February 2015 the senior team will be wearing the kit for the first time. This is set to be a huge event as it will be the first game they will play wearing their new kit!

Bothasig AFC was established in 1972 and it is the local football club of choice for many communities. There are members that come from Kraaifontein up to Du Noon, with many suburbs in between. The club tries their best to accommodate as many members as possible. They have 13 junior sides and because of the sheer size of the club they often need donations.

Hollywoodbets has decided to support this club because their goal is to help keep their members away from all the negative aspects a young person can face on a day-to-day basis. Hollywoodbets was so kind to donate a soccer kit to the Bothasig AFC. The team was so grateful and you could see their joy on their faces!

Jomo’s Power Football Club was formed in 1975 in the Kallarney area known as the “Vlak”. The club was previously known as Power Lines and was named after the Koeberg power lines that run over that area. The club was found by Jan Van Graan and his cousin Isak Van Graan.

Jomo’s strives to become the best football club and to deliver world class football stars. The club boasts a variety of members from 6/7 years old up to 40 years of age. These men, and some ladies, come from different areas in and around of Atlantis and many are from very poor and disadvantaged communities. Jomo’s believes in giving every child a chance to play based on their talent. They therefore believe in the child’s ability to play and not his ability to pay!

Hollywoodbets delivered the brand new soccer kit to the players at their home field before an important match. The players was so grateful, proud and excited that they immediately changed into their new gear.
